Settings

Find your way around Settings

Settings is the control room for the workspace. Admins change it; Standard users cannot. Use the shortcuts or the side list to jump to each group.

Open Settings from the main nav. The home pane asks What would you like to manage? and lists every group in one place.

Settings groups

  • My Profile — your name, email, password, and account security.
  • Business Profile — company details, contact information, and logo.
  • Localisation — country, currency, timezone, and date format.
  • Email Sending — how reminder emails leave your business.
  • SMS & Sender ID — shown in the product for later territory work. Texts are not available as a customer product at launch; do not treat this pane as a how-to for sending SMS today.
  • Reminder Defaults — timing, quiet hours, contact days, approvals, and safety rails (including stop-all-sending).
  • Import & Export — invoice sources, age cutoff, links to import/connect, and export status.
  • Notifications & Reports — email and in-app alerts; scheduled report recipients are not built yet.
  • Team — invite people, assign roles, transfer ownership.
  • Plan & Billing — plan, usage, and links to full billing.
  • API & Webhooks — keys, scopes, and webhook management.

Who can change what

The banner Admin only — Standard users can't change settings is intentional. Standard teammates work invoices and activity; Admins own configuration.

After you change a setting

Use the page save control where present. Mode and ladder changes take effect after save — the product warns you when automatic vs manual chasing would start behaving differently.

PayBlah is accounts-receivable automation software. You remain the creditor. Confirm local rules with your own advisor for your territory (US, UK, Ireland, or Australia).
