Each plan limits the total outstanding balance you can have enrolled in live chasing at once — not a count of invoices. Starter 15,000 · Growth 35,000 · Pro 75,000 · Business 150,000 (same number in EUR, GBP or USD).
Importing is unlimited. Your dashboard covers the whole book. The cap is about enrolled chasing capacity — paid, paused, disputed or closed balances free room under it.
You are not hard-blocked. Extra balance is billed per 1,000 over the cap (Starter 3 · Growth 2 · Pro 2 · Business 1 — same figures in every currency).
Go over and you pay a little more — never more than the next plan up. Overage is capped at the next tier’s subscription price for that period. Moving to a higher plan is always your choice, never an auto-upgrade.
Coming soon on every plan. Today PayBlah chases by email (and portal / letters on eligible plans). When texts ship, allowances will be published here before anything goes live.
There isn’t one. Collection agencies take a percentage; PayBlah is software, and software shouldn’t earn commission on money that was always yours.
You pay the flat subscription, you keep 100% of what comes in — and your customers’ payments never pass through our hands, because PayBlah never holds funds.

Yes — the free trial runs on the Starter feature set, syncing your real book so you can see exactly what it would send. Nothing goes out without you seeing it first: new accounts get a first-run review before any reminder leaves the building.
Prices are shown before tax. VAT, GST or sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your country, and your invoice from us shows it broken out properly — we chase invoices for a living, after all.
No. Hitting a limit never triggers a charge — running chases finish, new ones queue, and upgrading is always an explicit choice you make. Top-ups for busy months are one-off purchases, never a recurring surprise.
Never. Auto-pause on payment and replies, dispute handling, approval on firm wording, the kill switch, opt-out handling and the audit trail are on every plan, including trials. Plans change how much you can send — never what keeps you and your customers safe.
PayBlah is built for businesses in the US, UK, Ireland and Australia. Your customers’ invoices stay in their own currencies throughout — amounts are never silently converted.
