Each plan limits how many invoices you can have enrolled in live chasing at once — a count of active invoices, not an overdue money amount. Starter 25 · Growth 100 · Pro 250 · Business 500.
Importing is unlimited. Your dashboard covers the whole book. Capacity is enrolled chasing space: chasing, paused, promised, disputed and part-paid invoices each use a space. Waiting to Start does not consume a space. Paid, settled or closed invoices free a space.
When active invoices approach the plan limit, compare plans, add a USD capacity pack, or talk to us. Paid mid-term provider upgrades are currently refused before checkout, with nothing taken. USD monthly packs: +25 / $19, +100 / $49, +250 / $99, maximum two. EUR and GBP packs are not purchasable. PayBlah does not auto-upgrade your subscription.
Older “balance cap” figures are legacy metadata only and are not how capacity is enforced in the current product.
Coming soon on every plan. Today PayBlah chases by email; Growth+ also includes the customer portal and manual PDF letters. When texts ship, allowances will be published here before anything goes live.
There isn’t one. Collection agencies take a percentage; PayBlah is software, and software shouldn’t earn commission on money that was always yours.
You pay the flat subscription, you keep 100% of what comes in — and your customers’ payments never pass through our hands, because PayBlah never holds funds.

Yes — a 30-day trial on the Starter feature set, no card. Import CSV or XLSX, or enter invoices by hand. Xero, QuickBooks Online and Sage sync are not launched. Nothing goes out without you seeing it first: new accounts get a first-run review before any reminder leaves.
Prices are shown before tax. Where VAT, GST or sales tax applies, checkout quotes it based on your country, and your invoice from us shows it broken out. If tax cannot be determined for a chargeable checkout, payment is refused until the address is complete — it is not charged as zero tax.
No. Hitting a limit never triggers a charge. Invoices already chasing, paused, promised, disputed or part-paid keep their space; extra overdue work sits in Waiting to Start and does not consume a space. Upgrading is always an explicit choice. USD accounts can add monthly capacity packs (+25 / $19, +100 / $49, +250 / $99, maximum two). EUR and GBP accounts cannot buy packs.
Never. Auto-pause on payment and replies, dispute handling, approval on firm wording, the kill switch, opt-out handling and the audit trail are on every plan, including trials. Plans change how much you can send — never what keeps you and your customers safe.
PayBlah is built for businesses in the US, UK, Ireland and Australia. Your customers’ invoices stay in their own currencies throughout — amounts are never silently converted.
