Open Settings → Business profile. These details appear on letters and the payment page. They are not the same as My profile (your personal login).
Prerequisites
- Admin or Owner to save company details and upload a logo.
- Logo file: PNG, JPEG, or WebP, up to 2 MB. SVG is refused.
Company details
- Set Business name — the trading name contacts see on reminders.
- Set Business phone — printed on firmer messages so someone can call you.
- Set Business address — used on letters and as a postal reply address.
- Press Save changes.
Registration number, website, and a separate contact email are not stored yet — the page does not show empty boxes that would discard what you type.
Logo
- Choose a PNG, JPEG, or WebP file.
- Press Upload logo.
The file is stored per tenant outside the web root and re-encoded. Initials show until a logo is present.
Expected result
Reminders, letters, and the payment page use the saved name, phone, address, and logo. Your sign-in identity is unchanged.
What this will not do
- It will not change your sign-in email or password — use My profile.
- It will not connect a sending mailbox. Chase email needs a customer-owned Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or verified SMTP mailbox — see Email sending. There is no custom-domain field here.
