Open Settings → Localisation.

What to set
- Country — where the business is registered; seeds sensible defaults elsewhere and presets the dial code for stored phone numbers.
- Base currency — any currency; amounts always carry a currency (an amount without one is treated as a bug).
- Timezone — reminder send windows, quiet hours, and Scheduled Reports use this.
- Date format — how dates render in the product; samples match the format you pick.
- Press Save changes.
Expected result
- New timing and quiet-hour checks use the updated timezone.
- Currency display for balances follows the base currency you chose; multi-currency invoices still keep their own currency codes.
- Scheduled Reports inherit this timezone and freeze it on each save.
What this will not do
- It will not auto-convert foreign invoices into your base currency for chasing math.
- It will not turn text messaging on for a territory. SMS is gated and not launched for customer send globally. Country only presets dial codes and territory checks — it is not a send switch.
