1. Before you start

  • If you received an invoice reminder from a PayBlah customer, that business is usually the controller of your relationship. Contact them first for invoice disputes or opt-outs. You can still use this form — we will help route the request and pause processing where appropriate.
  • If you have a PayBlah account, mention the account email so we can find you quickly.
  • Do not include payment card numbers or passwords in the form.
  • We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

2. Request form

Submissions are stored for our team to review (same local storage path as the contact form). This does not send automated email.

At least 10 characters. No card numbers or passwords.

3. Who is the controller?

  • Your PayBlah account & billing: PayBlah acts as a controller for that data. Contact Richard Brennan via this form or hello@payblah.com.
  • Invoice contacts & debtor-portal activity: the PayBlah customer (the business that invoiced you) is typically the controller; PayBlah acts as a processor under their instructions (see the DPA).

4. What happens next

  1. Your request is stored for the PayBlah team (Richard Brennan / privacy contact).
  2. We may email you to confirm identity or clarify the request.
  3. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. We do not invent a shorter marketing SLA here.
  4. If the request belongs with a PayBlah customer, we will help route it and pause processing where the product allows.

5. Other contacts

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for Ireland-related matters, often the Data Protection Commission — dataprotection.ie).
