About

Get paid. Skip the blah.

PayBlah is B2B invoice-reminder software — polite, persistent, in your name. Built for people who do the work first and invoice after.

The idea

Late invoices are boring. Chasing them is worse.

Every trade, agency, and wholesale book has the same quiet problem: the job is done, the invoice is out, and the money is late. Nobody wants to be the awkward follow-up person. PayBlah runs that follow-up for you — in your business name, on a schedule you control — and stops the second a payment, reply, or dispute lands.

We are not a debt-collection agency. You remain the creditor. There is no success fee on what your customers pay you. Subscription only.

Richard Brennan

PayBlah is built and run by Richard Brennan — the primary contact for product, partnerships, privacy, and the unglamorous work of making overdue invoices less painful.

If you need a human (not a form bot), email hello@payblah.com or support@payblah.com and ask for Richard.

What we believe

A few boring principles we actually stick to

You stay the creditor

Reminders go out as your business. We do not buy debt, rebrand the chase as an agency, or take a cut of collections.

Polite beats performative

Most late pay is process, not malice. Clear invoices, easy payment links, and steady nudges beat invented threats every time.

Safety rails on every plan

Stop on payment, dispute pause, never-chase flags, and firmer steps that wait for your say-so — not upsold as extras.

B2B only

Built for businesses that invoice other businesses on terms. Not consumer debt software.

Cards via Stripe

Your subscription is billed through Stripe. PayBlah does not store full card numbers. EU cards may see 3-D Secure / SCA challenges — that is normal and good.

Say what we can prove

No invented ROI case studies. No fake certifications. Security and privacy pages describe controls we actually run.
