Why sync matters

Chasing from a stale export is how you embarrass yourself

If the books say paid and your reminder still fires, you have a relationship problem. Import CSV or XLSX today (legacy .xls is rejected) and record urgent payments directly in PayBlah. Xero, QuickBooks Online and Sage OAuth are not launched; connectors will align the register only after each one ships.

When a connector ships, a broken link should show loudly. We would rather show a red health state than pretend everything is fine.

Availability: Production OAuth is not launched. Import CSV or XLSX; legacy .xls is rejected and currency comes from the PayBlah account.

What stays true across connectors

Spreadsheet import is on every plan today, including Starter. Accounting sync will be too when each connector ships.
You remain the creditor. Sync does not turn PayBlah into a collection agency.
Safety rails — stop on payment, reply, or dispute — apply to chased invoices after they are enrolled.
Plan capacity is a count of concurrently active invoices in live chasing — not a money cap and not “total outstanding.”
