Support

Help when you need it — docs when you don't

FAQ and guides cover most first questions. Reach the team when you need a person.

How to get help

Self-serve first, people when you need them

Start with the FAQ and guides — then reach the team through the channels below.

In-app Support

When you’re signed in, open Support from the product. Your account context travels with the message, so we spend less time asking which workspace you mean.

Email

Write to support@payblah.com. Include your account email, what you were trying to do, and any invoice or customer reference that helps — screenshots welcome.

Contact form

Prefer a form? Contact us and choose the topic that fits. Sales, press and general questions land there too.

Self-serve first

Many answers live on the FAQ and in the knowledge base — especially setup, reminders, the debtor portal and safety controls.

What to expect

Honest response expectations

We don’t publish hour-based SLAs we can’t guarantee. We aim to reply as soon as we can — and we read every message.

We aim to reply as soon as we can

Support is handled by people who know the product. Volume, time zones and complexity all affect timing. If something is urgent for your business, say so in the subject line — we prioritize by impact, not by plan tier alone.

What helps us help you

Your signed-in email, the page or feature involved, what you expected versus what happened, and whether the issue is blocking sending or setup. We’ll ask only for what we need to reproduce or advise.

Not a debt collector

PayBlah is accounts-receivable software. We remind customers about your invoices, as you. We never buy debt, never contact anyone as a third-party collector, and never use threat language on your behalf.

Built-in safety

Controls that are never sold as upgrades

If something needs to stop, you shouldn’t need a higher plan — or a support ticket — to do it.

Customer opt-out

Email opt-out is on every plan. Where texting is enabled, SMS STOP handling and suppression are built in. Consent and opt-out stay on the record — never gated behind an upgrade.

Kill switch

A single control halts all outbound sending at once. Pause a customer, an invoice, or the whole book — the product is designed to stop cleanly when you need it to.

Stop on payment, reply or dispute

Chasing stops when a payment lands, a customer replies, or a dispute is raised. Firm steps wait for your approval by default. Safety rails apply to the API the same way they apply on screen.

Security reports

If you believe you’ve found a vulnerability, don’t use the general support inbox. Email security@payblah.com with steps to reproduce, and give us reasonable time to investigate before public disclosure. Full detail is on the Security page — including how accounts, tenant data and portal links are protected.
