Set your business name, phone, address, and logo

Debtors see your trading name on every reminder. Set business name, phone, address, and logo under Settings → Business Profile.

Open Settings → Business Profile. These details appear on letters and the payment page. They are not the same as My Profile (your personal login).

Company details

  1. Set Business name — the trading name contacts see on reminders.
  2. Set Business phone — printed on firmer messages so someone can call you.
  3. Set Business address — used on letters and as a postal reply address.
  4. Save settings when you finish the form.

Registration number, website, and a separate contact email are not stored yet — the page does not show empty boxes that would discard what you type.

Logo

  1. Choose a PNG, JPEG, or WebP file (SVG is refused).
  2. Press Upload logo.

The file is stored per tenant outside the web root and re-encoded. Initials show until a logo is present.

What this will not do

  • It will not change your sign-in email or password — use My Profile.
  • It will not by itself configure a custom sending domain — see Email sending.
