Open Settings → My Profile. Any team member can edit their own details here; it is not Admin-only.
Change your name
- Edit First name and Last name.
- Press Save name.
Your display name updates across the app. This does not change the business name on reminders.
Change your email
- Your current address is shown read-only.
- Enter the new address and press Send confirmation.
- Confirm from the new inbox. Your current login stays active until that confirmation lands.
Change your password
- Enter current password, new password, and confirmation.
- Press Update password.
If you are locked out, use Reset by email (or Forgot password on the sign-in page) instead of this form.
Security
Two-factor lives under Security on the same pane — Manage opens the full enrolment flow.
What this will not do
- It will not edit company phone, logo, or trading name — that is Business profile.
- It will not change another teammate's details; each person edits their own profile.
