Choose which alerts you get

Pick email and in-app alerts under Notifications & reports. Critical stop signals stay always on so a paused chase cannot go unnoticed.

Notify me when

Each event has two channels: email and in app. Events you will see include:

  • Payment received
  • Dispute raised
  • Reminder needs approval
  • Debtor replied
  • Promise to pay recorded / promise date passed unpaid
  • A message could not send
  • Accounting sync failed
  • Plan balance cap reached
  • Weekly summary
  • Account and billing notices

Some rows are marked Always on — stop signals and account-critical notices that cannot be switched off. Plan-gated events (if any) say which plan unlocks them.

Scheduled reports

Who receives monthly emailed reports is not built yet. The UI says nothing is sent on a schedule today. The weekly summary notification is the scheduled email that exists.

After you save

New events honor the toggles you left on. Always-on rows ignore off switches by design.

Note on text allowance alerts

You may see a "text allowance" style row in the catalogue. Texts are not a customer product at launch — treat those alerts as inactive until SMS ships for your territory later (no date).

PayBlah is accounts-receivable automation software. You remain the creditor. Confirm local rules with your own advisor for your territory (US, UK, Ireland, or Australia).
