Choose how reminder emails are sent

At launch, reminders send from the PayBlah shared domain under your business name. Optional from-name is available; other methods show as not available yet.

Open Settings → Email Sending.

From name

  1. Enter the name contacts should see as the sender.
  2. Leave it blank to use your business name.
  3. Save settings.

Sending method

  • PayBlah shared domain — available now. Reminders send from the shared domain under your business name. Nothing to verify.
  • Your own domain, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and SMTP — listed in the product with Not available yet. There is no working setup flow for them today.

After a send

Delivery and opens appear in Activity. Failed sends can raise a notification if you left that alert on.

What this will not do

  • It will not send as a third-party collector. Messages go out as your business.
  • It will not enable text messages. Email is the live channel at launch.
