Plan: Shown only when your login has more than one accepted, signable membership. Single-workspace accounts skip this screen. Available on every plan including the 30-day trial.

A PayBlah session binds to exactly one workspace. If you belong to several, you pick which business to open after your password — and after One more step when a sign-in code is required. After mailbox confirmation, email sign-in codes are on, so most people see the code screen first.

Who sees this

  • Logins with more than one accepted membership.
  • The chooser is a parked step for about 15 minutes. It is not a finished dashboard session. If you wait too long, start again at /login.

When you will see it

  1. Enter email and password on Welcome back and click Log in.
  2. Complete One more step if email or authenticator codes are on (enter the code or a recovery code, then Verify). Do not skip this step.
  3. If more than one workspace is signable, PayBlah opens /login/choose.

How to choose

  1. Read Choose a workspace.
  2. Open the Business menu (a required dropdown, not a list of cards).
  3. Pick the business and click Continue.
  4. The session then binds to that workspace only. Dashboard, Customers, and Workflows belong to it.

Wrong account? Use a different account signs you out of this parked step. To open another book later, use Switch Business (see Switch or add a workspace) or sign out and choose again.

What you should see

The Dashboard (or setup) for the business you picked. Sidebar Payments · Last 30 Days and Switch Business refer to that book only.

If something goes wrong

  • Chooser disappeared: the 15-minute park expired, or the password was changed elsewhere. Sign in again.
  • Workspace still preparing: you may be sent back to login with a preparing notice. Wait a minute.
  • Cannot complete One more step: use a recovery code in the same box. Do not turn two-factor off to bypass sign-in.

What this will not do

  • Does not let you view two workspaces in one browser session at once.
  • Does not show memberships you have not accepted, or books that are not ready.
  • Does not skip email or authenticator codes while they are on.
