Text messaging coming later

PayBlah is launching email-first. Text messaging to debtors is not available for customer use at launch. It will come to your territory later — no date is published.

Plan: Not available at launch on any plan.

Some plan cards and reports still show historical “texts / month” packaging. That does not mean you can send SMS today.

  • Launch channel: email only.
  • Text channel: coming later, territory by territory.
  • No date is promised — sender registration and local rules are outside a fixed calendar the product can guarantee.
  • Registration (for example US 10DLC, Ireland ComReg, Australia ACMA; UK rules differ) is handled by the owner when a territory is ready. You do not self-serve a global SMS switch in the knowledge base.

There is no how-to for sending texts, because that would document a capability that is not offered at launch. When text is enabled for your territory, in-app copy and this knowledge base will be updated together.

Until then, build sequences and customer habits around email and, on Growth+, the payment link / portal.

PayBlah is accounts-receivable automation software. You remain the creditor. Confirm local rules with your own advisor for your territory (US, UK, Ireland, or Australia).
