Troubleshooting

Contact support from the app

Open Support in the app so your account context travels with the ticket. Pick a subject, write what happened, attach a screenshot if it helps.

Plan: In-app Support is on every plan including trial (Starter). You must be signed in. Locked-out sign-in issues start on the login page first.

Open Support in the main nav (preferred over a cold email so company and account details attach automatically). The page heading is Support. The form kicker is Send us a message.

Send a message

  1. Choose What's it about? The live options are: Something isn't working; Billing & my plan; Sending, texts & deliverability; Accounting connection (Xero, QuickBooks…); Question about a debtor or invoice; Feature idea; Something else. The “debtor” wording is the product label; the nav is Customers.
  2. Write in Tell us what's going on — what you expected, what you saw, and when. Do not paste passwords, recovery codes, mailbox secrets, or a portal link secret.
  3. Optional: Attach a screenshot — PNG, JPG, or WebP up to 5 MB.
  4. Press Send message.

Expected result

Replies appear under Your messages in the app and go to your account email. Copy says usually within one working day — not a contractual SLA. Ticket badges: Open, We replied, or Closed.

Reply on a ticket

  1. Open the thread under Your messages.
  2. Type in the box (placeholder Reply on this ticket…).
  3. Press Send reply.

Keep everything in one ticket when it is the same issue. A closed ticket says to send a new message above.

Email fallback

You can also reach support@payblah.com. In-app is better when you are already signed in. If you cannot sign in, use the login Forgot password? / Resend confirmation email paths first — Support cannot bypass two-factor for you.
