Find the audit trail of messages and actions

When you need to prove what went out, open Activity and the invoice timeline. Message history is part of the safety model on every plan.

PayBlah app navigation including Activity for the sent log
Showcase book · Harbour Print & Signage (sample data) · light theme

PayBlah keeps a durable record of outbound reminders so you can answer "what did we send, and when?" without hunting email folders.

Sent messages

  1. Open Activity in the main nav.
  2. Use the Sent log (and Open full log when you need the complete list).
  3. Each row shows when, which debtor, message type and tone, channel, and delivery state.

Open a debtor or invoice for the per-invoice communication trail — the same events in context of that balance.

Human approvals and risky wording

Firm and Final rungs, and any free-type wording that names legal action, wait in Activity for a human press. Approving never hides the text that will send. Extra confirms on threat-list wording are logged.

Team actions

  • Role changes, ownership transfer, archive, API key issue/revoke, and kill-switch halt/resume require an Admin and leave an accountable trail (including the reason you type when halting sending).
  • Attribution feeds "who did what" for support and internal review.

What this will not do

  • It is not a third-party debt-collection file. You remain the creditor; the log shows messages sent in your business name.
  • It is not a substitute for your own legal advice in a dispute — export and share with your advisor as needed.

PayBlah is accounts-receivable automation software. You remain the creditor. Confirm local rules with your own advisor for your territory (US, UK, Ireland, or Australia).
