PayBlah is accounts-receivable automation. You send the reminders; PayBlah runs the schedule you approve. Signup takes a few minutes and does not take a payment card.

What you need

  • A work email you can open right away
  • A password of 12 or more characters (length matters more than symbols)
  • Your company name and country (Ireland, United Kingdom, United States, or Australia)

Create the account

  1. Go to the signup page. You should see the heading Start Your Free Trial.
  2. Enter your First name and Last name.
  3. Enter your Company name. This becomes the workspace name in the product (for example, Harbour Print & Signage).
  4. Enter your Work email. This is your login identity.
  5. Choose a Password with at least 12 characters. The form explains that length is what makes it strong.
  6. Select your Country. This sets currency, timezone, and phone code. You can change them later in Settings.
  7. Under How should we start your book?, pick one:
    • Blank — empty workspace. Connect or import when you are ready.
    • Demo book — a realistic sample ledger so you can click around before your own data lands.
  8. Click Start Your 30-Day Trial.

After you click, PayBlah creates the workspace on the Starter plan trial. No card is taken. You will be asked to confirm your email before full access (see Confirm your email).

What this does not do

  • It does not charge you or store a card at signup.
  • It does not start sending reminders. Nothing sends until you go live and enrol invoices on a sequence.
  • It does not connect your accounting package yet. That is a later step on Connections.

After signup

Check your inbox for a confirmation email, then complete the getting-started path: connect invoices, choose a reminder style, and only then go live. If you already have an account, use Log in instead of signup.

PayBlah is accounts-receivable automation software. You remain the creditor. Confirm local rules with your own advisor for your territory (US, UK, Ireland, or Australia).
