Signing in opens the workspace you created at trial signup. You always sign in as yourself; PayBlah does not sign in as your customers.
Sign in
- Open the login page at /login. You should see Welcome Back.
- Enter the Email you registered with.
- Enter your Password.
- Click Log In.
After a successful login you land in the product with the main navigation: Dashboard, Invoices, Debtors, Reminders, Activity, Reports, Settings, Support. The sidebar shows recovered money for the last 30 days and the next run time when chasing is configured.
If login fails
- Wrong password — use Forgot password? to reset it.
- Unconfirmed email — use Resend Confirmation Email on the same page, then confirm before trying again.
- No account yet — use Start your 30-day trial on the login page.
What this does not do
- Logging in does not send reminders by itself.
- It does not sync accounting data until a connection is live and a sync runs.
- It does not switch you into another company unless you belong to more than one workspace and choose it after login.
