Dashboard is the home view after login. It summarises money at risk and the few decisions that need a person.
Main cards
- Overdue money collected — amounts paid within 14 days of a reminder, with period toggles (for example 30 Days, 90 Days, This Year).
- Total Overdue — open overdue balance with invoice and debtor counts.
- Being Chased — invoices actively on a ladder and their value.
- Due Soon — not overdue yet.
- On Hold — promised, disputed, paused, part paid combinations.
Work the page
- Open Dashboard from the left nav.
- Scan Total Overdue and Being Chased. If Being Chased is zero while overdue is large, enrolment or go live may still be pending.
- Tap an Open Balance By Age band to focus that slice of debt.
- Open each Needs You row (for example a dispute) and Resolve from the prompt.
- Use Add Debtor or Add Invoice when you need a manual row outside sync.
- Note sidebar Recovered · last 30 days and Next run so you know when the scheduler fires next.
Coming Up previews scheduled reminder work. Treat email as the launch channel you can rely on; text messaging is planned for territories later without a date in this article.
Empty dashboard
Fresh accounts show Getting Started instead of full cards until invoices land and you progress the checklist.
What this does not do
- Viewing the dashboard does not approve Firm/Final sends — that is Activity.
- It is not a full accounting P&L.
- It does not collect funds as a third-party collector; recovered figures reflect payments after your reminders.
