Plan: Available on every plan including trial (Starter).
Ageing shows how long invoices have been past due so you work the riskiest balances first.
Dashboard bands
- Open Dashboard.
- Find Open Balance By Age (days past due).
- Read bands such as Due Soon, 1–7, 8–14, 15–30, 31–60, 60+.
- Tap a band to focus that slice.
Onboarding’s “Here’s What You’re Owed” view uses the same idea with totals and top debtors.
Invoice list age
- Open Invoices.
- Read the Age column (for example 16d overdue or “in 2d” when not yet due).
- Filter or scan for the oldest Chasing rows that still have next actions.
How ageing helps chasing
Sequences place steps at day offsets before or after due date. Ageing is how you verify the ladder matches real risk. Firm/Final steps often sit further out and may require approval.
What this does not do
- Age bands do not change due dates in accounting.
- They do not auto-write off 60+ balances.
- Outside Plan Age segments may reflect plan limits on how far chase depth goes on Starter versus higher plans — upgrade paths are under billing if you hit a cap.
