Upgrade or change plan

From Billing, use Change Plan or Compare Plans to move tier. Upgrades apply when checkout completes; you always pick the plan — PayBlah does not auto-upgrade you.

Steps

  1. Open Billing.
  2. Press Change Plan or Compare Plans.
  3. Choose Monthly or Annual (2 months free).
  4. Review the card for the tier you want (balance cap, seats, portal, promises, analytics, routing).
  5. Press Choose … on that tier, or Contact us for Enterprise.
  6. Complete checkout when prompted (card on file for paid plans).

What you keep

  • Your invoices, debtors, sequences, and history stay with the account.
  • Safety rails (stop on payment, dispute, Firm/Final approval default) stay on every tier.
  • Features that need a higher plan unlock only after the new entitlement is active.

Top up instead of upgrading

Compare Plans may show capacity add-ons under Top up instead of upgrading (for example a balance batch that raises the ceiling while active). Some add-ons may show as not available yet in your environment — trust the button state on screen.

Downgrades

Moving to a cheaper tier is designed to take effect at period end where pending plan changes are supported, so mid-cycle chases are not cut off without warning. Confirm the on-screen effective date before you confirm. Records you already created (for example settlements or plans) should remain readable after a downgrade even if creating new ones is gated.

PayBlah is accounts-receivable automation software. You remain the creditor. Confirm local rules with your own advisor for your territory (US, UK, Ireland, or Australia).
