Billing

Trial and what happens after

New accounts get a 30-day trial on the Starter feature set with no card required. Before it ends, choose a paid plan if you want chasing to keep running — or export what you need if you are leaving.

During the trial

  • 30 days on Starter features.
  • No card required to start.
  • You can connect books, import, build sequences, and send within Starter rules.
  • Portal and payment links need Growth or higher — upgrade anytime from Compare Plans if you need them before day 30.

Before the trial ends

  1. Open Billing / Compare Plans.
  2. Pick the tier that matches your concurrent overdue balance and feature needs.
  3. Add a payment method and confirm the plan so the account converts cleanly.

If you do not convert

Product behaviour around expiry is still being refined. Practically:

  • Sending — expect outbound chasing to stop if there is no active paid (or trialing) subscription. Do not assume reminders keep going.
  • Your data — plan to export your data before you lose access to sending; confirm current retention on Billing and with Support rather than relying on a remembered number.
  • A grace / export window (often discussed as about 60 days in planning) may apply — verify on your account because this area of the product is changing.

After a successful convert

Status moves to an active paid plan, the trial end timestamp clears, and entitlements match the tier you chose. Safety rails stay on.
