Open Compare Plans from Billing (or Upgrade) to see live cards for your currency. List prices (USD list; the app may show your billing currency) are:
- Starter — $47 / month
- Growth — $69 / month
- Pro — $92 / month
- Business — $142 / month
- Enterprise — custom
Prices are list rates with + tax where applicable. The product labels them as ex-tax list prices on the compare screen.
Balance cap (concurrent)
Each plan shows an overdue balance chased ceiling (illustrative list bands on compare: Starter $5,000 · Growth $25,000 · Pro $50,000 · Business $100,000 · Enterprise custom). Important product rules:
- The cap is concurrent — it falls as invoices get paid.
- Aged debtors never count toward it (shown on Compare Plans).
- The enforced limit is that balance, not a raw count of invoices.
- PayBlah does not auto-upgrade or auto-charge you past the cap; you choose a higher plan or capacity options when offered.
Feature gates (high level)
- Starter — email reminders & sync, API & webhooks, 1 seat. No payment links or portal. No promises.
- Growth — portal & payment links, unlimited seats (fair use), API & webhooks.
- Pro — promises, advanced analytics, portal features from Growth.
- Business — approval routing & multi-entity (as shown on the card; some multi-entity work may still be rolling out), highest standard balance band.
- Enterprise — custom limits and commercial terms via Contact us.
Approval before Firm and Final is included on every plan, on by default, and is never an upgrade.
Email-first launch
Plan cards may still show a “Texts / month” row from packaging. Launch is email-first. Do not treat SMS or text packs as something you can use in production today. Text messaging is coming to territories later with no published date; registration is controlled by the owner and local rules. See Text messaging coming later.
