Plan: Growth and above (portal).
When one or more payments exist on the invoices covered by a link, the customer can open a receipt-style page.
What it shows
- Heading Paid — thank you when the link is fully settled, or Thank you when money was received but a balance remains.
- Total received (per currency as recorded).
- Rows per payment: invoice reference, when, amount; optional provider reference when present.
- Who paid (debtor name on the link).
Fully settled
Copy explains that reminders have stopped because nothing is outstanding on the link. The customer should not keep receiving chase messages about that cleared debt.
Still outstanding
The page states how much is still due and links back to the invoice list so they can finish paying.
What it does not claim
- It does not invent a PDF download or an emailed receipt unless those are actually sent — treat the on-screen receipt (and print) as the customer-facing record.
- It only lists real payment rows. Empty receipt states redirect the customer back to invoices rather than faking a payment.
