Plan: All plans.
Where to look
- Billing → Current plan — for example “Balance chased: … of cap …”.
- Compare Plans header — amount in use versus ceiling while you choose a tier.
What counts
- Overdue balance on invoices you are set up to chase, measured concurrently.
- When an invoice is paid, written down, or otherwise leaves the chase set, usage should fall.
- Aged debtors never count toward the cap (product copy on Compare Plans).
What does not push you automatically
- PayBlah does not auto-upgrade when you near the cap.
- In-flight work is not supposed to be killed solely to punish a spike; at the ceiling, new capacity is a plan or top-up decision you make.
Other meters
Reports may show collection activity and related charts. Packaging UI may mention text allowances — for launch, treat outbound messaging as email-first; do not plan operations around SMS quotas until text is announced for your territory.
If usage looks wrong, refresh sync from your books, confirm invoice states (paid / disputed / paused), then contact Support from inside the app with the account context attached.
