On Reports, open the Aged Debtors (30 / 60 / 90) block.

What the numbers mean

  • Outstanding vs overdue totals for the book right now.
  • Buckets: Current, 30 days, 60 days, 60+ days — invoice count and amount each.
  • Caption reminds you this is not the dashboard's finer chase bands and not the plan age cut.

How it differs from the dashboard

The dashboard optimizes for chasing with more bands. This report regroups the same underlying invoices into the classic accountant view.

Period filter

Changing This Month / 3 / 6 / 12 Months does not time-travel aged debtors. Always today.
