Timing rules keep reminders inside the working pattern you want. The Reminders area covers when chasing runs, when it stops, and your rules.
Set the schedule
- Open Reminders.
- Find sections such as When chasing runs and related rules.
- Set quiet hours so sends do not go out in the middle of the night for your timezone (country at signup sets timezone defaults; adjust in Settings if needed).
- Keep sends on Monday–Friday when that matches how you trade.
- Choose the daily send time.
- Save if the form requires an explicit save (some controls persist immediately).
After changes, read Next run in the sidebar (for example Mon, 09:15). Dashboard Coming Up should reflect the new cadence on the next calculation.
How timing interacts with steps
Sequence day offsets decide which step is due. Quiet hours and weekday rules decide whether that due step may send at the next run. Approval-gated steps still need Activity approval even when the clock is right.
What this does not do
- Quiet hours do not delete due steps; they delay them until an allowed window.
- They do not replace Never chase or dispute pauses.
- They do not enable SMS in territories where text is not live yet — email remains the launch channel.
If Next run looks wrong, confirm timezone and that Go Live is complete so the scheduler is active.
