Scope of access is intentional. Connections states that PayBlah reads nine things from your accounting package and nothing else.
The nine fields
- Company
- First name
- Last name
- Phone
- Invoice number
- Amount
- Due date
- Paid (whether it is paid)
If letters are off, no address is read at all. That keeps the data set small for AR chasing.
What you see after sync
- Debtors list and debtor detail contacts
- Invoices list with amount, age, status, next action
- Dashboard overdue, due soon, on hold, and age bands
- Connection stats when present (imported, updated, unchanged, waiting on you, and similar counters)
Cadence
When connected with valid credentials, sync runs about every 60 minutes. Last synced timestamps appear on Connections and may appear on Import when a package is linked.
What does not sync
- Full general ledger, bank feeds, inventory, or payroll
- Arbitrary custom fields beyond the nine items
- Automatic customer emails — sync only updates the register
CSV import uses the same practical field set via mapping. Keep source systems accurate; PayBlah will not invent missing emails.
