QuickBooks appears beside Xero and Sage on the Connections page. The goal is the same: keep PayBlah’s chasing register aligned with open invoices.
Connect QuickBooks
- Open Connections while signed in.
- Locate QuickBooks.
- Click Connect.
- Sign in to Intuit / QuickBooks and approve the organisation PayBlah should read.
- When you return, confirm the connection status and that invoices begin to appear under Invoices.
Ongoing refresh follows the same pattern as other packages: about every 60 minutes while credentials stay valid. If the grant expires, reconnect from the package list.
Fields PayBlah uses
Only nine items are read from accounting: company, first name, last name, email, phone, invoice number, amount, due date, paid. That limit is stated on Connections so you know the scope of access.
Showcase behaviour
If the UI notes that no app is registered with QuickBooks yet, Connect may use sample data. Use it to learn screens; reconnect for production books when live credentials are available.
What this does not do
- It does not create invoices inside QuickBooks from PayBlah as your primary billing system.
- It does not start ladders until you go live and enrol.
- It does not turn PayBlah into the debt collector — messages still go out as you.
