Workflow packs are product catalogue starting points, not a second automation engine. Using a pack creates an ordinary Workflow, editable templates, and normal day-based steps. The page says nothing sends until you assign invoices.
Open the gallery
- Sign in as an Admin.
- Open Workflows → Workflow Packs.
- Filter All, Everyday Follow-Up, Extra Control, or Industry Starting Points, or search.
Packs in the library (11)
- Everyday: Relationship First, Balanced Business (recommended), Fast Follow-Up.
- Extra Control: High-Value Controlled.
- Industry: Trades & Contractors, Professional Services, Wholesale & Distribution, Commercial Property, Business Memberships, Construction Milestones, Agency & Retainers.
Residential rent, homeowner dues, and personal consumer accounts are not supported.
Use a pack
- Open Preview Journey on the card. Review day offsets, tones (Friendly / Standard / Firm / Final), and which steps show Approval.
- Press Use This Pack. If Growth+ is required, the page says so and offers See Plans.
- Open the new Workflow on the Workflows tab. Edit steps with Save Changes. Customise wording with Edit version and a scope — not blur-save.
Expected result
You get a new editable Workflow. Your default Workflow stays unchanged unless you tick New invoices start on this Workflow. Firm and Final steps still wait in Activity → Approvals. Payment, part-payment, dispute, reply send hold, and promise rails stay in charge.
What this will not do
- Using a pack does not send anything by itself.
- It does not bypass Firm/Final approval.
- It does not turn PayBlah into a third-party collector.
