Preview is how you avoid surprises. PayBlah gives you schedule foresight and content review without emailing the customer yet.
Review content
- Open each ladder step and read the attached template with merge fields.
- Edit anything that still sounds generic for your brand.
- Confirm Firm/Final steps are ones you are willing to approve in Activity.
Review schedule
- Open Dashboard → Coming Up for a multi-day preview of what the scheduler thinks will go out.
- Note items that say they will need approval at send time.
- Check sidebar Next run.
- Adjust quiet hours or steps if the volume looks wrong.
Review the debtor-facing payment experience
On invoice detail, use Preview what the debtor sees when the link is present, and copy the payment link only when you intend to share it.
What this does not do
- Coming Up is a plan, not a guarantee, if status changes (paid, dispute) before the run.
- Previewing does not approve a Firm/Final message — open Activity → Approvals for that.
- Channel labels that mention text still do not mean SMS is live for every territory at launch.
