Activity is the operations inbox for chasing. If the nav badge shows a count, something needs a person.

Tabs

  • Approvals — Firm/Final (and similar) messages waiting for you before send.
  • Replies — customer responses that need a read.
  • Letters — letter channel queue when used.
  • Sent Log — what already went out.
  • Disputes — open disputes with review actions.
  • Stop Requests — customers asking to stop messaging.

Work approvals

  1. Open ActivityApprovals.
  2. Open a waiting message → Review.
  3. Approve to allow send at the appropriate time, or reject/edit per the controls shown.

After approval, the message can leave on schedule. Until then it stays held.

Close a dispute from Activity

  1. Open Disputes.
  2. Choose Review / Close dispute.
  3. Pick whether the debtor was right (chasing stays off; amend or cancel in source if needed) or wrong (chasing may resume).

Sent Log

Use Sent Log for audit: who was emailed, which invoice, when. It is your proof of what automation already did.

What this does not do

  • Activity is not a full shared team inbox replacement for every channel you use outside PayBlah.
  • It does not auto-resolve legal disputes.
  • Safety auto-pause on payment/reply/dispute still applies even if you never open Activity — but you should open it to clear human queues.

PayBlah is accounts-receivable automation software. You remain the creditor. Confirm local rules with your own advisor for your territory (US, UK, Ireland, or Australia).
