Portal Branding Plus adds approved presentation controls for your existing customer portal. Payment, stop, dispute, and compliance wording stay owned by core PayBlah.

Prerequisites

  • Workspace plan is Pro or Higher. Otherwise install is refused: This workspace plan does not include that app.
  • An Admin has pressed Install Portal Branding Plus and the install is Active.
  • You are Owner or Admin to save. Standard members see read-only.

Save portal appearance

  1. Open the app from Installed, from Settings → Installed Add-ons → Manage, or go to /apps/portal-branding-plus. The back link is Back to Settings.
  2. Set Accent colour (six-digit hex with accessible contrast against white).
  3. Optionally set Portal heading (plain text, up to 80 characters) and Short introduction (plain text, up to 240 characters). HTML and scripts are refused.
  4. Under Logo, choose Business name or Verified business logo. This add-on never accepts files. Upload a verified PNG, JPEG, or WebP in Business settings first. If no logo is stored, the verified-logo choice stays disabled.
  5. Press Save portal appearance.

Restore defaults

  1. On the same page, read Restore protected defaults.
  2. Press Restore defaults. That returns the business-name wordmark, the default accessible colour, and no custom text.

Expected result

Eligible portal links use the saved presentation. Protected payment and compliance content is unchanged. If stored branding fails current safety rules, safe defaults are shown until you save or restore.

If you cannot save

  • Read-only banner — you are not Owner/Admin or the write grant is missing.
  • Page not found — the install is off, paused, or the plan gate failed.
  • File upload — there is none here. Use Business settings.

What this will not do

  • It does not change payment, stop, dispute, or legal copy.
  • It does not make PayBlah speak as a collector. You remain the creditor on the portal.
  • On remove: approved settings are retained but stop projecting to the portal immediately.
