Plan: Published native app. Plan Requirement: Every Plan. Any signed-in member can view an active install. Only an Admin can install it.
Reminder Calendar is a read-only month view of reminder actions and promises already scheduled in PayBlah. It does not send, call, approve, or reschedule anything. The product name stays Reminder Calendar even though the main nav uses Workflows.
Prerequisites
- App Hub is on and an Admin has installed Reminder Calendar (Review & Install, then Install Reminder Calendar).
- The installation is Active and allowed to run.
Open the calendar
- Open Apps → Installed → Manage on Reminder Calendar, then Open App. Or go to
/apps/reminder-calendar. - Confirm the header Reminder Calendar and state Active.
- Use the previous/next month controls to change the month. The summary counts Reminder actions, Promises due, and Approvals.
- Open a day event or the Detailed agenda. Where an invoice exists, press Open invoice.
- Press Back to Installed Apps when finished.
Times, month boundaries, and today use the workspace timezone. The app reads the complete selected month.
Expected result
You see scheduled work for that month. Core reminders and promises keep their normal schedules. Nothing is sent from this screen.
If the calendar cannot open
The banner is The calendar cannot open. with the reason, plus: core reminders and promises are unchanged. Install, resume, or ask an Admin. Changing workflows or quiet hours still happens under Workflows and Settings.
What this will not do
- It does not send email, SMS, letters, or calls.
- It does not approve Firm or Final messages.
- Removing the app revokes access. This app has no separate tenant content to keep.
