What tenants see
Discover is built from published catalogue rows with a published version only. Draft adapters are invisible — not greyed cards, and not a Connect you can open. If a name is not on Discover, there is no tenant install or Connect path for it.
Three published shapes
1. Native App Hub installs (nine)
These use Review & Install then Install {name}: Reminder Calendar, Realtime Alerts, Data Cleanup Assistant, Portal Branding Plus, Team Conversations, Data Vault, Custom Record Fields, Advanced Analytics, Customer Feedback Pulse. See Published native apps at a glance.
2. Existing PayBlah pointers (not App Hub installs)
The card action is Open {name} when that existing screen is ready. There is no App Hub grant form.
- Workflow Pack Library — opens Workflow Packs. This is an existing PayBlah feature, not an App Hub install.
- Zapier, Make.com, n8n — open Settings API & webhooks. They are API & Webhook guides. PayBlah does not provide a native OAuth connection for them and App Hub grants nothing.
- Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage — open Connections when that provider is configured for the estate.
- Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Custom SMTP — open mailbox settings (Custom SMTP is openable when listed).
- Stripe — opens the tenant customer-payments connection. That is the customer’s payment provider, not PayBlah subscription billing, and PayBlah does not hold customer funds.
- Twilio, Telnyx — open the existing SMS provider journey when that provider is ready.
3. Coming soon (still published)
A published provider pointer can show Coming soon: Live connect is not launch-ready for this provider yet. The detail panel heading is Coming Soon and there is no Open action. Coming soon is not a draft row. Do not treat it as live OAuth, sync, or send.
Draft adapters (not shown to tenants)
These exist only in source / operator consoles. Do not look for a tenant card or follow third-party Connect tutorials for them:
Google Sheets Sync, Excel & OneDrive Sync, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, HubSpot, Pipedrive, SFTP Import, Power BI, DocuSign, GoCardless, Open Banking Feed, Remittance Inbox, Companies House Lookup, Irish CRO Lookup, Email Verification, Address Verification.
Names outside this release (for example WhatsApp Business, FreeAgent, FreshBooks, Zoho Books, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, PayPal Business, Postmark, Mailgun, SendGrid) are also not tenant Connect surfaces.
Expected result
You can review published native apps and open published pointers that are launch-ready. You never see a draft adapter, and you never get a working Connect for one.
If you expected a missing integration
- It is not on Discover — it is not published to tenants. There is no Connect step to complete.
- It is on Discover but says Coming soon — wait for Connections readiness. Do not invent an OAuth path.
- It is Zapier, Make.com, or n8n — use API keys and webhooks.
What this will not do
- This help centre will not invent a shipping date for draft adapters.
- Draft or Coming soon surfaces do not send messages or move money.
- A published card is not permission to treat an unfinished provider as live.
