Plan: Published native app. The App Hub install screen shows Plan Requirement: Every Plan. Owner or Admin manage saved views. Some older plan-compare tables still say Advanced analytics is Pro or Higher — follow the install screen in your workspace.
Advanced Analytics is a read-only dashboard over existing PayBlah evidence. It does not create another ledger and does not send reports. Scheduled Reports remains the built-in delivery service (Open Scheduled Reports).
Prerequisites
- An Admin has pressed Install Advanced Analytics and the install is Active.
- You can read reports. Owner or Admin plus the saved-view grant to create, update, or archive views.
Read the dashboard
- Open the app from Installed or go to
/apps/advanced-analytics. The back link is Back to Reports. - Choose a period: This month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
- Review the four sections:
- Collection Velocity — overdue payments recorded, plus After Reminders / Link (honest attribution only).
- Promise Conversion — kept, broken, partially kept, and open promises created in the period.
- Ageing Position — today’s open book. Movement Is Not Available Yet because historical ageing snapshots are not stored.
- Workflow Comparison — operational run counts. It is not payment attribution.
After reminders / link means a payment made through a PayBlah link or within the approved reminder window. All other recorded payments stay outside that figure. The product does not claim PayBlah caused every payment.
Save a view (Owner / Admin)
- Under Saved Views, enter a View Name, a reporting period, and the visible sections.
- Press Save New View.
- To edit, open the view, change it, and press Save Changes.
- To hide it for good, press Archive View Permanently. Archived views cannot be restored and do not return after reinstall. Active views do return after an authorised reinstall.
A saved view remembers a period and sections only. It never copies report figures or emails anyone. Read-only members get Open View.
Expected result
You see the evidence window and sections you chose. Core Reports and Scheduled Reports are unchanged.
If the app is missing
- Page not found — install is off, paused, or the read grant is missing.
- Read-only on saved views — you are not Owner/Admin or lack the write grant.
- Install refused for plan — rare if the live Plan Requirement is Every Plan; if you see a plan error, follow the on-screen copy.
What this will not do
- It does not invent historical ageing movement or claim every payment was caused by PayBlah.
- It does not schedule or send reports.
- On remove: saved-view preferences are retained but every analytics projection and write path stops immediately.
