Import overdue invoices from CSV or XLSX today — map columns once and re-upload as needed. Legacy .xls is rejected. Xero, QuickBooks and Sage connectors are coming soon.

Keep the chase list honest
Not every business runs cloud accounting yet. Some run a careful spreadsheet that already works. PayBlah’s import path is for that reality: upload CSV or XLSX (not legacy .xls), map columns, remember the layout next time.
Duplicate detection is there so one customer does not become three. Manual entry covers one-offs between imports.
Xero, QuickBooks Online and Sage OAuth are not launched. When those connectors ship, you will be able to connect instead of re-uploading. Today, re-import CSV or XLSX (legacy .xls is rejected).
What this is not
- Not a live two-way sync with Excel Online by default — you re-upload when the book changes
- Not legacy .xls — that format is rejected
- Not magic cleanup of messy source data; garbage in still needs a human eye
- Not a substitute for proper books when you are ready for them
